At the Meeting Creditors may be requested to consider a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Trustee in Bankruptcy is to be remunerated. A hard copy can be obtained on request from the above address. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy and proof of debt together with a statement of claim at the offices of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting. Any Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. It is not necessary for the proxy holder to be a Creditor.
