Transfer of Appointment between Office Holders

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order made by Mr Justice Briggs sitting as Judge in the High Court of Justice in the Chancery Division of the Companies Court on 13 May 2011 IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The cases listed in Schedules A to D attached to this Order, in so far as they are currently proceedings in the County Court or in a District Registry, be transferred to the High Court for the purpose of making the orders listed below.

2. The Respondent be removed from the office of Trustee in Bankruptcy of each of the individuals listed in Schedule A to this Order with immediate effect.

3. Ian James Gould of PKF (UK) LLP, New Guild House, 45 Great Charles Street, Queensway, Birmingham, B3 2LX and Edward Terence Kerr of PKF (UK) LLP, Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1LD (“the Successor Practitioners”) be appointed as the joint trustees in bankruptcy (such appointment to be joint and several) of each of the individuals listed in Schedule A to this Order in place of the Respondent with immediate effect.

4. The Respondent be removed from the office of liquidator of each of the companies listed in Schedule B to this Order with immediate effect.

5. The Successor Practitioners be appointed joint liquidators (such appointment to be joint and several) of each of the companies listed in Schedule B to this Order in place of the Respondent with immediate effect.

6. The Respondent be removed from the office of liquidator of each of the companies listed in Schedule C to this Order with immediate effect.

7. The Successor Practitioners be appointed joint liquidators (such appointment to be joint and several) of each of the companies listed in Schedule C to this Order in place of the Respondent with immediate effect.

8. The Respondent be removed from the office of liquidator of each of the insolvent partnerships listed in Schedule D to this Order with immediate effect.

9. The Successor Practitioners be appointed joint liquidators (such appointment to be joint and several) of each of the insolvent partnerships listed in Schedule D to this Order in place of the Respondent with immediate effect.

10. All creditors of the estates listed in schedules A to D of this Order do have permission to apply to the Court, on notice to the Applicant, within 28 days of being given notice of the terms of this Order for the purposes of applying to vary or discharge the Order in so far as it affects the estate or estates of which they are a creditor.

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the insolvent estates listed below, are required, on or before 31 July 2011 to send in their full Christian and Surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to PKF (UK) LLP, Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1LD, and, if so required by notice in writing, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.
