SBJ PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME IN WIND UP

THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

The SBJ Pension & Life Assurance Scheme (formerly known as the Steel Burrill Jones Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme) (“the Scheme”) is being wound up with effect from 19 April 2011.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. If you were an employee of any of the above Companies and a Member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee and, in either case, have not received correspondence about your benefits since 19 April 2011, please contact the Trustee of the Scheme care of Bluefin, 1 Aldgate, London EC3N 1LP. Telephone: 020 7709 4500. You should include details of your current address and of any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 1 August 2011.

It is the Trustee’s intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustee is not aware of your entitlement under the Plan before 1 August 2011 it will not be liable to pay benefits to you.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme or if you have received a communication regarding the Scheme since 19 April 2011 you do not need to write to the Trustee as it already has full details about your entitlements.
