NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
SUN MICROSYSTEMS LIMITED RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFIT SCHEME
The Trustees of the Sun Microsystems Limited Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice of their intention to wind up the Scheme with effect from 31 March 2011.
The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace employees and former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Oracle Corporation UK Limited (formerly Sun Microsystems Limited) or widows/widowers, children and other dependants of such employees who are, or who think they might be, entitled to benefits under the Scheme.
Any such person should write to: Trustees of the Sun Microsystems Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme, c/o Stephen Walker, Aon Hewitt, 3 The Embankment, Sovereign Street, Leeds, LS1 4BJ.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, details of the period of employment to which the claim relates and any benefits they think they are entitled to. Claims should be made within two months of the date of this notice.
Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustees or the Scheme’s administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice as their interests have already been noted.
