NOTICE UNDER SECTION 38
WITHDRAWAL OF SUPPORT
- 1 This notice relates to the land within the Parish of Tickhill within the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster and the County of South Yorkshire indicated on the plan reference MCL38/02 which is deposited at the offices of Maltby Colliery Ltd, Tickhill Road, Maltby, Near Rotherham S66 7QW .
The plan is available for inspection by appointment with Mr. A P Watford (telephone 01709 810159 ) between the hours of 9.00 am and 3.00 pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
- 2 Maltby Colliery Ltd whose registered office is at West Terrace, Esh Winning, Durham DH7 9PT is authorised by a licence under Part II of the Coal Industry Act 1994 and has the approval of the Coal Authority for the giving of a notice relating to the land in question.
- 3 Maltby Colliery Ltd hereby give notice that there are proposals to carry out coal mining operations which may require the exercise in relation to the land indicated on the plan referred to in paragraph 1 of this notice of such a right as is mentioned in Section 38(1) of the Coal Industry Act 1994 namely to withdraw support from any land to which Section 38 applies.
