Notice is hereby given that the Liquidator of the above-named Partnership intends paying a First and Final Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Partnership are required, on or before Friday 19 August 2011 to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned Marc Justin Landsman of Carmichael & Co, Portland Tower, Portland Street, Manchester M1 3LF, the Liquidator. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months from the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved. In the event that it is possible to pay all proved creditors in full, creditors who have not proved should be aware that if they do not participate in the dividend any remaining funds will be used to pay statutory interest to the proved creditors.
