Notice is hereby given by me as Liquidator of the Company, to the creditors of the Company that it is intended to pay within four months from 17 August 2011 (being the last date for proving) a first and final dividend.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must do so by 17 August 2011 they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debt is proved.
