Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above named Voluntary Arrangement. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before Tuesday 16 August 2011, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Kian Seng Tan of K S Tan & Co at 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 5EP the Supervisor, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Supervisor to be necessary, A creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months from 16 August 2011 .
