The Queen has been pleased by Warrant bearing date 16 June 2011 to direct the issue of a Commission under the Great Seal appointed to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing the Right Honourable George Newlands Reid to be Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of Clackmannanshire.
