Take Notice that it was deemed to be in the interest of Creditors and Members to make an application to the Court to have the insolvency appointments noted below transferred to ensure the expedient and cost efficient administration of the various estates.

Take further notice that by Order of Mr Deputy Registrar Barber sitting in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice on 21 July 2011 the following transfers shall take effect. Any Creditor (or Member in the case of the Members Voluntary Liquidations) may apply to the Court on notice to the relevant person or persons specified below within 28 days of this advertisement for the purposes of varying or discharging the Order in so far as it affects the estate or estates of which they are a Creditor or Member, as appropriate, such application to be made only on reasonable grounds.

Stephen John Tancock will relinquish his appointment as Joint Liquidator of Stem Distribution Limited (in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation) and that Andrew John Tate be appointed Joint Liquidator in his place.

Stephen John Tancock will relinquish his appointment as Joint Administrative Receiver of AE Figg & Sons Limited and that Andrew John Tate be appointed Joint Administrative Receiver in his place.

Stephen John Tancock will further relinquish the following appointments and Andrew John Tate be appointed as the sole appointee in his place:
