Notice is hereby, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that David John Standish and Jane Bronwen Moriarty of KPMG LLP, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 4SD, were appointed joint liquidators of the above named Company on 28 July 2011 by members and creditors of the Company.

It is intended to declare a first dividend to the creditors of the above Company, within two months from 8 September 2011.

All creditors of the above named Company are required on or before 8 September 2011 to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such particulars are received.
