Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 March 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 July 2011, Ann Marie Stone, 33a Leghorn Road, Harlesden, London NW10 4PN, is single, a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ann Marie Campbell and assumed the name of Ann Marie Stone.
