Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 January 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 May 2011, as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Akira Essie Leyow, of 87 Garden Terrace, Jalan Villamas, Sierramas West, Sungai Buloh, 47000 Selangor, Malaysia, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Akira Alessandra Essie Leyow and assumed the name of Akira Essie Leyow.
