Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 March 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 May 2011, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Elizabeth Jennifer Farmery Warnock, of 23 Gregg Place, Girvan, Ayrshire, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Elizabeth Jennifer Farmery and assumed the name of Elizabeth Jennifer Farmery Warnock.
