Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 April 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21 June 2011, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Ali Yigit Polat who is a child, single and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11(1) abandoned the surname of Bolat and have assumed the surname of Polat.
