I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 16 March 2011 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL on 7 June 2011 I, Nancy Horrell of 22 Landcliffe Park, Mumbles, Swansea SA3 4JF, the maternal grandmother of William Horrell-Jones, an unmarried child and a British citizen by birth renounce and relinquish and abandon the name of Jones and assume the name of Horrell-Jones under Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
