Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 March 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 July 2011, as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Georgia Louise Newsham who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Georgia Louise Boland and assumed the name of Georgia Louise Newsham of 3 Gifford Way, Woodland Park, Darwen, Lancashire BB3 3BF.
