Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 June 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 June 2011, Rebecca Ann Leyland Atkinson, of 16 Fairlawn Road, Bristol BS6 5JR, single, a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Becky Ann Leyland and assumed the name of Rebecca Ann Leyland Atkinson.
