Notice is hereby given pursuant to Schedule B1 Paragraph 83 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Richard James Philpott and Mark Jeremy Orton (IP Nos 9226 and 8846) of KPMG LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Company on 10 September 2010. It is intended to declare a first interim dividend to the unsecured creditors within four months from 26 September 2011.

All creditors of the Company are required on or before 26 September 2011 to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators at the above detailed registered office or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such particulars are received.
