Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 August 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13 September 2011, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Basheer Adel Abdulla Maflahi who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Basheer Adel Abduallah and assumed the name of Basheer Adel Abdulla Maflahi.
