Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a second interim dividend in the Liquidation of the Company pursuant to Rule 11.2 of The Insolvency Rules 1986. Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 11 November 2011 (’the last date for proving’), to lodge their names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims with me at the following address: Zavvi Retail Limited, (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation), c/o Ernst & Young LLP, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester, M2 3EY. If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the dividend which I intend to declare within a period of four months from that date.
