Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 the Insolvency Rules 1986, that Howard Smith, Brian Green and Allan Watson of KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds, LS1 4DW having been appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company on 29 July 2008, following the previous administration appointment dated 21 January 2008, will be in a position to issue a first interim dividend to unsecured creditors within four months from 23 December 2011. All creditors of the above named company are required to send in their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators, on or before 23 December 2011 or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such particulars are received.
