Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that we, Keith Aleric Stevens and John Arthur Kirkpatrick, the Joint Liquidators of the above named Company, intend to pay a dividend to creditors whose claims are neither secured nor preferential within two months of the last date for proving specified herein.
