Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that, as Liquidator of the above named Company, I intend paying a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. The creditors of the Company are required, on or before 31 January 2012, to submit their proofs of debt to me, Ian Douglas Yerrill, as Liquidator of the Company, at Yerrill Murphy LLP, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH. Creditors may be required to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his/her debt by close of business on 31 January 2012, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he/she has not participated in it, the first or any other dividend declared before his/her debt is proved.
