Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is my intention to declare a dividend to creditors of the above-named estate no later than two months from the last date for proving. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 16 January 2012 to send their proofs of debt to Steven Williams of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston, PR1 8BU (IP No. 008887), the Liquidator of the above who was appointed on 29 June 2011 and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified will be excluded from the dividend.
