THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Dr. Roselle ANTOINE to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 2005, shall be cancelled and annulled and that her name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Professor Charles Powys BUTLER to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 2005, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Ian John McCLURE to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 17 June 2000, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.
