Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company who have not already submitted their claims to us, are required to do so by no later than Friday 9 March 2012 or they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. It is our intention to pay a First and Final Dividend to Creditors who have submitted their claims, within four months from the date shown above.
