THE HACKNEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 201*

- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney propose to make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to:—
- a to introduce a Controlled Parking Zone to operate between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday in the following Streets:- Ballance Road, Barnabas Road, Berger Road, Crozier Terrace, Daley Street, Digby Road, Hassett Road, Mackintosh Lane, Oriel Road, Ponsford Street, Rosina Street, Sedgwick Street and Shepherd’s Lane ;
- b to introduce a Controlled Parking Zone to operate between 12noon and 2pm Monday to Friday in the following Streets:- Connor Street, Gore Road, Lauriston Road (the slip road between Morpeth Road and Connor Street) Morpeth Grove, Morpeth Road, Skipworth Road (between Gore Road and Victoria Park Road) and Victoria Park Road (between Skipworth Road and Gore Road) ;
- c to introduce a Controlled Parking Zone to operate between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday in the following Streets:- Collent Street, Cressett Road, Elsdale Street, Milborne Street, Morning Lane, Poole Road (between Well Street and Valentine Road), Retreat Place, Terrace Road (between Valentine Road and Well Street) and Well Street (between Elsdale Street and Retreat Place) .
- d to extend the boundary of the existing Controlled Parking Zone D(c) operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday in to the following streets:- Brenthouse Road (between its junction with Elsdale Street and Frampton Park Road), Elsdale Street, Frampton Park Road, Loddiges Road, Well Street (between Shore Place and Elsdale Road) .
- e to introduce an extension to the existing Controlled Parking Zone D(s) operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday in to the following streets:- King Edward’s Road, Fremont Street, Shore Place, Tryon Crescent and Warneford Street .
- f the restrictions in the above Zones will provide for:
(i) parking places for permit holders;
(ii) Loading bays for loading and unloading;
(iii) waiting restrictions operating “at any time”;
(iv) 4 hours max stay, 2 hours max stay and 1 hour max stay shared use bays
3. Plans of the proposed measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House, 89-115 Mare Street, London, E8 4RU. 4. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order(s) should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director (Public Realm) at the address specified in paragraph 3 above until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
