Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 October 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 December 2011, Daneysha James, Simeon Isles and Clara Ogonor, for and on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said John-Luke Prince Isles who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tubig Islies and assumed the name of John-Luke Prince Isles.
