Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 January 2012, Alton Emmanuel Levy, 18 Hampshire Road, Wood Green, London, is married, a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Alton Levy and assumed the name of Alton Emmanuel Levy.
