Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 December 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 January 2012, Mazen Zahi Arafat Nomura and Sophie Cecile Marie Arafat Nomura née Tremolet as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of Sumaya Blandine Marie Arafat Nomura who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sumaya Blandine Marie Nomura and assumed the name of Sumaya Blandine Marie Arafat Nomura.
