Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 January 2012 Pearline Euphrosne Hazlewood, of 61 Waghorn Road, Kenton, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 9ET married, a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 has abandoned the name of Purlene Euphrosne (at birth) and Pearline Euphrosne Thompson after 1st Marriage and assumed the name of Pearline Euphrosne Hazlewood.
