Notice is now hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 25 January 2012 Amy Howe, of 35 Catherine Close, Pilgrims Hatch, Brentwood, Essex CM15 9RJ renounced and abandoned the name of Amy Phillips-Howe and in place thereof assumed and intends to use on all occasions the name of Amy Howe. Amy Howe is single and is a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 Section 1.
