NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below:

Society name:

Carlisle and District Care and Repair Limited

(Register No. 27362 R ) the registered office of which is at 52-52a Port Road, CARLISLE, CA2 7AJ . The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 39 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 by not submitting to the Financial Services Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submitted for the society’s financial year ending 31 March 2001.
