NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has pursuant to the above mentioned section this day cancelled the registrations of Springboard Housing Association Limited (Register No.20015 R), Genesis Housing Group Limited (Register No.31130 R), Paddington Churches Housing Association Limited (Register No.17210 R) and Pathmeads Housing Association Limited (Register No.20405 R) the registered offices of which are at Capital House, 25 Chapel Street, London NW1 5DT at their request following their amalgamation to form Genesis Housing Association Limited (31241 R).

The societies ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liabilities incurred by the societies, which may be enforced against them as if such cancellations had not taken place.
