AUTHORISATION OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONER

Take notice that I, Richard Behagg, of Robert Day and Company Limited, The Old Library, The Walk, Winslow, Buckinghamshire, MK18 3AJ intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner.

Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice communicate such reason to the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills at:- 4th Floor, Cannon House, 18 Priory Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6BS.
