Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 January 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 March 2012, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Melik Cameron McIntosh-Skandrani who is a child, single and a British Citizen under Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Melik Mohammed Skandrani and assumed the name of Melik Cameron McIntosh-Skandrani.
