Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 April 2012 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 April 2012, Lorna Patricia Nelson of 89 Casimir Road, Clapton, London E5 9NX, is single, under section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lorne Patricia Nelson and assumed the name of Lorna Patricia Nelson.
