The Queen has directed that the appointment of Edward John ROBERTS to be a Commander of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 12 June 1993, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The Queen has directed that the appointment of John LINDSAY to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 2005, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

The Queen has directed that the appointment of Salima, Mrs. HAFEJEE to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 31 December 2008, shall be cancelled and annulled and that her name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.
