Notice is given that the partnership formerly subsisting between us the understated Keith David Clinton, Neil William Broom, Clive Martyn Walters and John Charles Guillen carrying on business as Solicitors at 104 and 106 Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent DA16 3QD, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the close of business on 30 September 2012 and that all debts due to and owing by Gough Clinton & Broom prior to 1 October 2012 will be received and paid by the understated four persons. The goodwill and assets of the business trading as Gough Clinton & Broom have on 1 October 2012 been acquired by the partners of TG Baynes of Broadway House, 208 Broadway, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7BG, who will continue trading as “Gough Clinton & Broom” from 104 and 106 Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent DA16 3QD.
