Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 August 2012 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21 September 2012, by Georgina Burkill, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Anya Star Lundie who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Anya Star Taylor and assumed the name of Anya Star Lundie.
