“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Chris McKay and Chris Williams, both of McTear Williams & Wood, 90 St Faiths Lane, Norwich NR1 1NE, (IP Nos. 009466 and 008772) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
