YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the SURROGATE’S COURT, MONROE COUNTY, at 533 Hall of Justice, Rochester, New York on November 15, 2012 at 9:30 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the estate of SHIRLEY GIBBONS, aka Shirley M. Gibbons, lately domiciled at 237 Rush Mendon Townline Road, Honeoye Falls, New York, 14472, United States, admitting to Probate a Will dated June 24, 2008, a copy of which is attached, as the Will of Shirley Gibbons deceased, relating to real and personal property, and directing that Letters Testamentary issue to WILLIAM S. CLAR.
