ZOO LICENSING ACT 1981 FORM OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENSE (NEW ZOO’S AND EXISITING ZOO’S SUBJECT TO A DIRECTION UNDER SECTION 6 (1) (B) OF THE ACT)

I, James Channon of Fallowfields Falconry ltd. here by give notice that in not less than 2 months after the publication of this notice, I intend to make an application to Vale of White Horse District Council to operate a proposed Zoo at Millets Farm Centre, Kingston Road, Frilfrod, Oxfordshire, OX13 5HB .

A written notice of the intention to make application for a ZOO license, giving details about the proposed ZOO has been sent to and can be viewed at the said Council at Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, ABINGDON OX14 3JE, between the hours of Mon - Thurs, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm and Friday, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm .
