As part of North Yorkshire County Council’s disposal policy, the property at the above location is to be sold. The property is subject to offer back procedures under the Crichel Down Rules and must be offered back at market value to the former owner or their successors in title.

Yorkshire County Council wish to trace anyone who may fall within the definition of former owner or successor as contained within the Crichel Down Rules.
