DECLARATION OF COED TREMADOG NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE COMMUNITY OF PORTHMADOG NO.3. DECLARATION (WALES) 2012

COUNTY OF GWYNEDD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of section 19(1) and 19(3) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35(1)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Coed Tremadog National Nature Reserve No.3 Declaration (Wales) 2012 made on the fourteenth day of December 2012 the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 16.70 hectares (41.27 acres) or thereabouts situated in the Community of Porthmadog in the County of Gwynedd and shown edged blue on the attached plan is no longer being held by the Council or managed as a National Nature Reserve since 29 September 2006. The area edged black containing 2.7 hectares (6.67 acres) shall remain Declared and managed as a National Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of Gwynedd Council, Council Offices, Shirehall Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SH from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.

Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of the Countryside Council for Wales, Plas Penrhos Ffordd Penrhos,, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2BX and at the headquarters of the Countryside Council for Wales at Maes-y-Ffynnon, Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor, Gwynedd from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
