Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has pursuant to the above mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of Walney Credit Union Limited (Register No. 441 C) the registered office of which is at 40 Beach Crescent, Walney, BARROW-IN-FURNESS, Cumbria, LA14 3YA at its request.

The credit union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the credit union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
