Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below:

10 October 2012

London Builders Co-operative Limited (Register No. 31220R) the registered office of which is at 130B Burnt Ash Road London SE12 8PU at its request.

26 October 2012

Winnall Social Club Limited (Register No. 27798 R) the registered office of which is at Garbett Road, Winnall WINCHESTER, Hampshire, SO23 0NY. The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 39 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 by not submitting to the Financial Services Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing since that submitted for the society’s financial year ending 31st December 2005.

Each society listed above ceases to be entitled to the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
