(”the Company”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company was held on 31 December 2012 at which a Special Resolution was passed that the Company be subject to a creditors’ winding up and that James Robert Toynton and Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ET be nominated as Joint Liquidators. This nomination was confirmed at the Creditors’ meeting convened under sections 159-161 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before the 1 March 2013 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to us together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date.
