DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS MINISTRY OF JUSTICE LAND AT H M PRISON GUYS MARSH, DORSET

The Ministry of Justice has announced its intention to dispose of some of its surplus land at Denham Drive, Shaftsbury SP7 0AJ and Her Majesty’s Prison Guys Marsh, Shaftsbury SP7 0AH. This communication is directed to any persons who might be successors in title to the original owner of the land: Archibald George Holloway (Deceased) .

The Crichel Down Rules require surplus government owned land that was acquired by compulsion to be offered back to the former owner unless any of the exceptions in those Rules apply.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Justice wish to contact the successors of the former owner of the land: Archibald George Holloway (Deceased) .
